Terms of Use (EULA) for Dressa

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Dressa’s mobile application and services (“Dressa,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Dressa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Subscription Services

Dressa offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including but not limited to:

  • Plus – Monthly Plan: 21.99 EUR per month.
  • Lux – Monthly Plan: 30.99 EUR per month.

The exact subscription price and period are displayed in the app before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

2. Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Your iTunes/Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
  • If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you, and you will have the option to accept the new price or cancel.

3. Free Trials

  • If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Cancellation

  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
  • To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
👉 Note: Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are processed securely by Apple’s App Store. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your complete payment details.
  • Charges will be billed to the payment method associated with your Apple ID account.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are managed directly by Apple. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dressa only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable the operation of Dressa or its security features.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, features, and technology provided in Dressa are owned by us or our licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dressa for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of Dressa without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to Dressa if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful behavior.
  • Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will end immediately.
  • You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of Dressa.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Dressa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its content will always meet your expectations.
  • We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dressa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or service interruption.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Dressa shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business, or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will notify users by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Dressa after updates means you accept the new Terms.
